3月28日,以“人工智能與教育:構建新校園新圖景”為主題的2026未來學校建設大會在上海開幕。上海奉賢區世外學校校長、上海青浦區世外學校融合部校長戈向紅作為特邀嘉賓出席會議,并在圓桌對話環節,結合學校在教育智能化道路上的系統性探索與具體實踐,發表了深刻見解。
On March 28, the 2026 Future School Construction Conference, themed "AI and Education: Building a New Campus Vision," opened in Shanghai. Principal Chloe, Principal of FWFLS and QWFLS, attended as a special guest and shared profound insights in the roundtable dialogue, based on the school's systematic exploration and practice in educational intellectualization.

戈校長強調,無論技術如何演進,教育的本質與初心是永恒不變的燈塔。她指出,在AI時代,教師的獨特價值首先在于與學生的深度情感聯結與價值引領。AI無法精準感知、理解和回應人類復雜的情感與精神需求,“親其師,信其道”的師生關系是教育發生的基石。同時,堅守“為黨育人、為國育才”的使命,培養學生樹立正確的價值觀與家國情懷,是教育不容偏移的根本方向。
Principal Chloe stressed that the essence and original aspiration of education remain an eternal beacon despite technological evolution. In the AI era, teachers' unique value lies first in in-depth emotional connection and value guidance to students. AI cannot accurately perceive, understand, or respond to humans' complex emotional and spiritual needs. The teacher-student relationship of "esteem the teacher, believe the doctrine" is the foundation of education. Meanwhile, fostering talents for the Party and the country, and cultivating students' correct values and patriotism is the unshakable fundamental direction of education.

面對技術浪潮,戈校長認為,教師的角色必須主動進化與升級。未來的教師應是學生學習生態的“總設計師”與高階思維成長的“教練”。這意味著,教師需要善于運用AI工具精準分析學情、提供個性化支持,并更關鍵地,在于設計富有挑戰性的真實問題情境,引導學生開展合作探究與創造性實踐,從而培養學生面對不確定未來的核心素養與可持續學習能力。
Facing the technological wave, Principal Chloe holds that teachers must take the initiative to evolve and upgrade their roles. Future teachers will be the chief designers of students' learning ecosystem and coaches for higher-order thinking development. This requires teachers to use AI tools to analyze learning status accurately and provide personalized support, and more importantly, design challenging real problem scenarios, guide students in cooperative inquiry and creative practice, so as to cultivate their core competencies and sustainable learning abilities for an uncertain future.

教育評價將加速從單一的分數評價,轉向融合知識、能力、品格與素養的多元過程性評價體系。結合體育、藝術、項目式學習等,借助AI技術實現對學生學習過程的可視化記錄與多維度分析,形成動態的“成長畫像”,旨在發現并點燃每一個學生的潛能與優勢,實現真正的揚長教育。
Educational evaluation will shift faster from a single score-based model to a diversified process-oriented system integrating knowledge, ability, character and literacy. Combined with PE, art, project-based learning and more, AI enables visual recording and multi-dimensional analysis of students' learning process, forming a dynamic "growth profile". It aims to discover and ignite each student's potential and strengths, realizing education that develops their advantages.
技術應用倫理:從“工具利用”到“責任擔當”
Ethics of Technology Application:From "Tool Utilization" to"Responsibility Undertaking"
教育在積極應用AI的同時,必須堅持“技術向善”的倫理導向,培養學生的社會責任與數字公民素養。她特別分享了一個令人印象深刻的案例:來自青浦世外融合部的一位五年級學生,他自主開發的英文界面小程序Timeless China(匠心中國),憑借其創新性、文化內涵與技術應用的巧妙結合,在全球性小程序設計挑戰賽中脫穎而出,榮獲唯一最高獎項。這個案例生動展現了當代少年如何運用智慧與技術,自覺擔當起文化傳播的小使者,其展現的格局、創意與擔當精神,與世外“中國心、世界眼、未來腦、創新手、時代行”的育人理念高度契合。
While applying AI actively, education must adhere to the ethical orientation of "technology for good" and cultivate students' social responsibility and digital citizenship literacy. She shared an impressive case: a fifth-grade student from QWFLS independently developed an English-interface mini-program, Timeless China. It stood out in a global mini-program design competition and won the top award for its innovative integration of creativity, cultural connotation, and technology application. This case vividly shows how contemporary teenagers use wisdom and technology to voluntarily act as young messengers of cultural communication. Their vision, creativity, and sense of responsibility are highly consistent with the educational philosophy of World Foreign Language School: "Chinese Heart, Global Vision, Future Mind, Innovative Hands, Era Action".
