小時候，鄰里關系溫熱。街坊四鄰串門做客，小朋友一起跳皮筋，叔叔阿姨上下班互相問候，彼此間那份熟悉感，就像暖水袋一樣，踏實又溫情。而現在，每家每戶都有門禁，每個人都戴著耳機，低頭刷著手機，就連等電梯也沉默到極致。誰先開口，反倒覺得尷尬，怕被當成“社交牛雜”，有點丟人現眼。然而，仔細想想，這樣真的好嗎？

難怪有人調侃，現在的人，好像靈魂都被“WiFi密碼”鎖起來了。其實，中年人的煩惱太多，生活壓力，不想讓陌生人闖進自己的小圈子，更怕被誤解，甚至擔心出門遇上“推銷大媽”。可人與人的溫度，一點點消退，孤獨就悄悄蔓延。不知何時，我們更習慣了網上點贊，卻忘了現實生活里的那句簡單問候。

其實，人與人之間的疏遠，并不是時代變冷了，而是大家學會了“自我保護”。但適當的溫暖，永遠不會老派。有時候，一個微笑，一句“您好”，一包快遞的小幫忙，就能照亮別人一天的心情。你不知道，可能那個看上去冷漠的鄰居，其實也在等你主動開口，只需雙向奔赴，便能收獲小區里的“小確幸”。
