隨著當(dāng)前美以對伊朗的戰(zhàn)爭進(jìn)入第六周，許多評(píng)論都聚焦于這場沖突對全球油價(jià)以及通過霍爾木茲海峽的碳?xì)浠衔锍隹诹髁康臐撛谟绊憽１敬沃v座將對海灣國家及其在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位進(jìn)行更深入的分析，探討過去十年間海灣國家經(jīng)濟(jì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化，從而深度參與包括化肥和化學(xué)品在內(nèi)的其他一系列關(guān)鍵商品領(lǐng)域。從這一視角出發(fā)，講座將探討這場戰(zhàn)爭持續(xù)下去會(huì)給全球南方其他國家?guī)淼臉O其嚴(yán)重的后果。

As the current US-Israeli war against Iran enters its sixth week, much commentary has focused on the potential impact of the conflict on the global oil price and the flow of hydrocarbon exports through the Strait of Hormuz. This lecture provides a deeper analysis of the Gulf states and their place in the global economy, exploring how the Gulf's economies have diversified over the last decade to become centrally involved in a range of other critical commodities, including fertilizers and chemicals. From this perspective, the lecture will explore the very serious consequences that a continuation of the war might have on other countries in the Global South.
