齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新聞5月20日訊5月18日晚9時許，大廣高速河北邯鄲段。貨運司機楊建文發(fā)現(xiàn)一輛半掛車剮蹭護欄后停在快車道上，司機疑似神志不清。楊先生報警后一直安撫半掛車司機情緒并阻止其繼續(xù)行駛，直至高速交警到場。
