其實人到中晚年，大多數(shù)煩惱和恐懼，都來源于孤單。年輕時，孩子是工作、家庭的“副產(chǎn)品”；現(xiàn)在，親情才是余生最珍貴的財富。不少中年人習(xí)慣了默默付出，等到手足稀疏，兒孫分離，才發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)愛不能等、陪伴最無價。

還是那句老話，“家有一老，如有一寶”。適當(dāng)為子女分擔(dān)、參與孫輩成長，既能感受到家的溫度，又讓自己有事做，有盼頭。不要覺得孩子有自己的路，就與自己無關(guān)了，其實你的關(guān)心，就是他們遠行路上的力量。

許多65歲后的長者，沒了事業(yè)壓力，卻陷入了無聊和迷茫。老友記中的羅斯說：用一些小興趣點燃生活的火花，每一天都不算白過。學(xué)習(xí)一項新手藝，讀讀喜歡沒時間讀完的小說，跟鄰居一道養(yǎng)幾盆花……不用非得站上舞臺，享受“再愛一次自我”的過程已經(jīng)足夠。
