《科創板日報》18日訊，在“開局起步‘十五五’”上海專場新聞發布會上，上海市市長龔正表示，十五五期間，上海將著力強化國際科技創新中心策源功能，深化戰略科技力量建設，推動基礎研究和關鍵核心技術攻關，到2030年全社會研發經費支出相當于GDP的比例提高到5%以上。（記者 王耐）
