在5月9日舉辦的2026RCEP區域發展媒體智庫論壇上，海南省委副書記、省長劉小明表示，海南封關以來，整體運行平穩有序，物暢其流、人享其行、流量聚集等成效初顯。海南正在成為中國對外開放的新前沿、地區互利合作的新熱土、推動經濟全球化的新引擎。
