立夏時節(jié),萬物繁茂。明人《蓮生八戕》一書中寫有:“孟夏之日,天地始交,萬物并秀。”這時夏收作物進入生長后期,冬小麥揚花灌漿,油菜接近成熟,夏收作物年景基本定局,故農(nóng)諺有“立夏看夏”之說。水稻栽插以及其他春播作物的管理也進入了大忙季節(jié)。
立夏表示告別春天,是夏天的開始,因此又稱"春盡日"。立夏后,日照增加,逐漸升溫,雷雨增多。立夏是標示萬物進入旺季生長的一個重要節(jié)氣。
立夏養(yǎng)生
相傳從立夏這一天起,天氣晴暖并漸漸炎熱起來,許多人特別是小孩子會有身體疲勞四肢無力的感覺,食欲減退逐漸消瘦,稱之為“疰夏”。女媧娘娘告訴百姓,每年立夏之日,小孩子的胸前掛上煮熟的雞鴨鵝蛋,可避免疰夏。
少吃:辛辣食物
立夏后,暑氣逼人,容易令人煩躁傷心,食欲也會有所下降。
少吃:冰凍冷飲
所以飲食宜清淡,應以易消化、富含維生素的食物為主,盡量少吃大魚大肉和油膩辛辣的食物。
適當:補充營養(yǎng)
不妨多吃蓮子、豆制品、雞肉、瘦肉、芝麻、玉米,多喝牛奶等,既能補充營養(yǎng),又可以起到強心的作用。

Health Preservation during the Start of Summer
Legend holds that from the Start of Summer onward, warm and increasingly hot weather causes many, especially children, to experience fatigue, weakness, reduced appetite, and weight loss—a condition called Zhu Xia (summer lethargy). The goddess Nüwa taught people to hang boiled chicken, duck, or goose eggs around children’s necks on this day to ward off the ailment.

As summer heat intensifies after Lixia, irritability and heart strain may arise, accompanied by diminished appetite.
Avoid: Ice-Cold Drinks
Focus on light, easily digestible, vitamin-rich meals. Minimize heavy, greasy, or spicy foods.

Incorporate lotus seeds, soy products, chicken, lean meat, sesame, corn, and milk into diets. These not only nourish but also support heart health.
