歷史性突破！王國(guó)權(quán)成首位外國(guó)NGO直接提名的聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女大會(huì)代表

紐約訊 聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署（UN Women）CSW秘書(shū)處美東時(shí)間12月4日正式批準(zhǔn)，多元藝術(shù)家“情歌王子”國(guó)際主持人王國(guó)權(quán) (Wang Guoquan-Prince John) 獲聯(lián)合國(guó)MCIF（501(c)(3) NGO組織）獨(dú)立提名，成為2026年第70屆婦女地位委員會(huì)（CSW70）官方代表。此舉創(chuàng)下CSW70年歷史上首位通過(guò)純外國(guó)NGO渠道獲批的中國(guó)大陸背景華人代表紀(jì)錄。

作為官方代表，王國(guó)權(quán)將于2026年3月持聯(lián)合國(guó)總部通行證進(jìn)入紐約主會(huì)場(chǎng)，與各國(guó)部長(zhǎng)級(jí)官員、諾貝爾和平獎(jiǎng)得主共同審議《北京宣言》30周年全球進(jìn)展。

值得注意的是，王國(guó)權(quán)此前已深度參與CSW69聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女大會(huì)事務(wù)，擔(dān)任官方論壇嘉賓主持人，并成為首位在聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女大會(huì)時(shí)裝秀表演的中國(guó)人，獲紐約州、紐約市官方雙認(rèn)證"情歌王子國(guó)際主持人"榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。此次從活動(dòng)嘉賓升格為官方代表，標(biāo)志著華人藝術(shù)家通過(guò)藝術(shù)人文渠道參與國(guó)際性別平等治理取得突破性進(jìn)展。

Prince John Wang Guoquan Appointed as Official Representative to UN CSW70, Making Historical Breakthrough

New York – On December 4 (EST), the UN Women CSW Secretariat officially approved the appointment of Chinese-American artist Wang Guoquan (Prince John) as an Official Representative to the 70th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) in 2026, nominated independently by the UN MCIF, a 501(c)(3) NGO organization. This marks the first time in CSW70's history that a Chinese mainland-born male of Chinese descent has been approved through a purely foreign NGO channel.

According to the approval letter, Wang Guoquan will enter the UN Headquarters in New York with a UN pass in March 2026 to join ministers, Nobel Peace Prize laureates, and global leaders in reviewing the 30th anniversary progress of the Beijing Declaration.

Notably, Wang previously engaged deeply with CSW69 as a guest moderator for official forum sessions and became the first Chinese performer at the UN Women’s Conference fashion show. He holds the New York State and New York City dual-certified title of "International Host of the Prince of Love Songs." This promotion from event guest to official representative signifies a breakthrough for Chinese artists participating in international gender equality governance through cultural and artistic channels.
