中國航空新聞網訊：據外媒5月27日報道，美聯航首席執行官斯科特·柯比表示，公司預計未來不會尋求航空公司整合。此前，美國航空拒絕了美聯航提出的合并提議。
美聯航在4月時指出，在柯比就潛在合并事宜與競爭對手美國航空接洽后，美國航空拒絕了該合作。據悉，美國航空首席執行官羅伯特·伊索姆拒絕了合并提議，稱其有悖競爭原則且對客戶不利。
