2026年3月，西安一場中外文化交流活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場，一位外國姑娘身著中國傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)服，登臺表演太極拳。她的動(dòng)作如行云流水，開合有序，一招一式頗具太極精髓，贏得滿堂喝彩。表演結(jié)束后，她剛走下臺，便被觀眾團(tuán)團(tuán)圍住，在場外即興做起了“現(xiàn)場教學(xué)”。

In March 2026, at a cultural exchange event in Xi'an, a foreign girl dressed in traditional Chinese martial arts clothing took the stage to perform Tai Chi. Her movements were so smooth and orderly, with each move embodying the essence of Tai Chi, that she earned thunderous applause. After the performance, she was immediately surrounded by the audience and gave an impromptu "on-site teaching" outside the venue.

這位姑娘名叫清嵐（Mariia Zavialova），來自俄羅斯首都莫斯科，現(xiàn)為西安外國語大學(xué)留學(xué)生。打開她的朋友圈，太極、書法、飲茶、川菜、碑林、兵馬俑、南五臺……一個(gè)個(gè)頗具代表性的文化標(biāo)簽，毫不保留地展示著她對中國文化的熱愛。

This girl, Qinglan (Mariia Zavialova), is from Moscow, the capital of Russia, and is currently an international student at Xi'an International Studies University. In her WeChat Moments, every post, such as Tai Chi, calligraphy, tea, Sichuan cuisine, Beilin (the Forest of Steles), Terracotta Army, Mountain Nanwutai, and so on, all show her deep love for Chinese culture.

從太極拳開始的中國緣分

The Connection to China Begins with Tai Chi

“緩慢但堅(jiān)定，不偏離自己選擇的道路。”5月的一天，清嵐觀察著一只蝸牛努力克服障礙向前爬行，不由感慨道。這句話，恰如她一路走來的寫照。

"Slow but firm, never deviating from the path I choose." One day in May, when observing a snail struggling to crawl over obstacles, Qinglan couldn't help but reflect. She wrote this sentence, which is a perfect portrayal of her journey.

清嵐教授太極拳

初見清嵐，很難想象這個(gè)看似柔弱的姑娘，內(nèi)心竟蘊(yùn)藏著強(qiáng)大的能量。“我愛上中國，始于太極拳與氣功。”清嵐回憶說，自己在俄羅斯上大學(xué)時(shí)，第一次在哲學(xué)課堂上了解到中國氣功，便產(chǎn)生了興趣。三年前，她開始跟隨在莫斯科的中國師父學(xué)習(xí)少林功夫。其間，清嵐不僅學(xué)到了中國功夫，還掌握了穴位、經(jīng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)知識，并通過了體育大學(xué)的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，獲得了“氣功和太極拳教練”資格。

At first sight, it's hard to imagine that this seemingly delicate-looking girl has such powerful inner strength. "I fell in love with China because of Tai Chi and Qigong," Qinglan recalled. Back in college in Russia, as she first heard about Chinese Qigong in a philosophy class, she got hooked. Three years ago, she started learning Shaolin Kung Fu from a Chinese master in Moscow. During this time, along with the Chinese martial arts, she also picked up the basics about acupoints and meridians, even passed the professional training at a physical education university to become a certified "Qigong and Tai Chi Coach."

隨著對中華文化興趣日益濃厚，清嵐專程前往河南嵩山少林寺進(jìn)修培訓(xùn)，越接觸越著迷，繼而萌生了系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)中文的念頭。

As her interest in Chinese culture grew, Qinglan specifically went to Shaolin Temple on Mount Song in Henan Province for further training. The more she dived in, the more fascinated she became. Eventually, she decided to study Chinese systematically.

“我常聽人提起古老的長安，知道西安是中華文明的重要發(fā)祥地之一，當(dāng)我決定來中國學(xué)習(xí)中文時(shí)，唯一的念頭就是來這里！”清嵐說。

"I had always heard about ancient Chang'an and knew that Xi'an is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. When I decided to come to China and study Chinese, my only thought was to come here!" Qinglan said.

2026年，清嵐正式入讀西安外國語大學(xué)。“我每周有20個(gè)小時(shí)的中文課，我的老師，喜老師、楊老師、吉老師，他們的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)與關(guān)心支持，幫我克服了種種困難。還有我的中國朋友們和學(xué)校豐富的活動(dòng)，給我提供了很多開口練習(xí)的機(jī)會。”清嵐說，現(xiàn)在她能用中文進(jìn)行簡單日常交流，不再害怕問路，還能和出租車司機(jī)談?wù)擉w育。

In 2026, Qinglan officially enrolled at Xi'an International Studies University. "I have 20 hours of Chinese classes every week. My teachers, Teacher Xi, Teacher Yang, and Teacher Ji, have helped me through many difficulties with their professional expertise and caring support. My Chinese friends and school's rich activities have also provided me with many opportunities to practice oral Chinese," Qinglan said. Now she can make simple daily conversations in Chinese. No longer afraid of asking for directions, she can even chat with taxi drivers about sports.

碑林值得一再品讀

The Stele Forest Deserves Repeated Visits

初到西安，清嵐便前往了西安碑林博物館。

Upon arriving in Xi'an,Qinglan headed to the Xi'an Beilin Museum at once.

“我在那里一下待了6個(gè)小時(shí)——當(dāng)然這遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，我還會去很多次。《石臺孝經(jīng)》以及其他許多碑刻，對于熱愛書法的人來說，都是必看的瑰寶。”清嵐告訴記者，自己曾在少林寺上過書法課，“研習(xí)書法讓我放松，在這種沉浸式練習(xí)后，我的大腦像重啟了一樣，能更好地學(xué)習(xí)新的中文知識或者練習(xí)太極拳，我感到無比快樂。”

"I spent six whole hours there, though, of course, far from enough. I will revisit there many more times. Stele collections, including Classic on Filial Piety, are must-visit treasures for calligraphy lovers," Qinglan said. She had taken calligraphy classes at the Shaolin Temple before. "Practicing calligraphy helps me relax. After such immersive practice, my brain feels like restarted, which allows me to learn new Chinese knowledge or practice Tai Chi better. It makes me extremely happy," she said.

那一天，清嵐在朋友圈發(fā)了多張碑林的圖片，寫道：“碑林石刻豐富，值得一再品讀，我定會常來。”

That day, Qinglan posted several pictures of the steles on her WeChat Moments, writing: "The Stele Forest is rich in stone carvings and deserves repeated visits. I will definitely come again."

清嵐目前正在學(xué)習(xí)顏真卿和歐陽詢的書法經(jīng)典。“我學(xué)習(xí)楷書，最近在抄寫歐陽詢的《九成宮醴泉銘》，練習(xí)他的字體。”清嵐說，大部分時(shí)候，她會每天練習(xí)一個(gè)小時(shí)書法，盡管學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)多，還要堅(jiān)持羽毛球訓(xùn)練，但她始終堅(jiān)持。

Qinglan is currently studying calligraphy classics of Yan Zhenqing and Ouyang Xun. "I am learning Regular Script and recently have been practicing Ouyang Xun's style from his Jiuchenggong Tablet Inscription," Qinglan said. Most of the time, she would practice calligraphy for an hour every day, even with her busy classes and badminton training, she always persists.

清嵐的校園生活愜意充實(shí)。她穿梭在教學(xué)樓、圖書館、草坪花園之間，將時(shí)間安排得滿滿當(dāng)當(dāng)。校園里，無數(shù)次留下她揮拍馳騁羽毛球場、靜心于草坪一隅練習(xí)書法、氣功和太極拳的身影。

Qinglan's life in school is pleasant and fulfilling. She keeps her schedule full in teaching buildings, libraries, and gardens, spending countless hours swinging her racket on the badminton court, writing calligraphy, practicing Qigong, and Tai Chi quietly in the garden.

她也時(shí)常和朋友們探店尋找美食，從川菜到羊肉泡饃，這些與家鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)味迥異的菜肴，豐富著她對中華美食的認(rèn)知。She also went out with friends to explore new restaurants and try different kinds of food from time to time.From Sichuan cuisine to yangrou paomo(pita bread soaked in lamb soup),these dishes,so different from the flavors of her hometown,all open her up to Chinese cuisine.

對身在西安心懷感激

Grateful to Be in Xi'an

“西安匯聚了許多觸動(dòng)我心靈與思想的事物：歷史、書法、傳統(tǒng)、自然，是一個(gè)真正能讓我沉浸于歷史文化氛圍的地方。”清嵐說。

"Xi'an brings together so many things that touch my heart and mind: history, calligraphy, tradition, and nature. It's a place where I can truly immerse myself in the historical and cultural atmosphere," said Qinglan.

在一次參加“絲綢之路”文化交流活動(dòng)時(shí)，清嵐和同學(xué)們分享了不同國家的文化。“那是一個(gè)盛大的活動(dòng)，讓我看到不同的人之間有如此多的共同點(diǎn)，也讓我對身在西安心懷感激。”清嵐直言。

During a "Silk Road" cultural exchange event, Qinglan shared the cultures of different countries with her classmates. "It was a grand event that showed me how many commonalities there are among different people, and it made me feel grateful to be in Xi'an," she said frankly.

今年四月底，學(xué)校組織了留學(xué)生參觀秦始皇帝陵博物院。“那是我在西安最難忘的一天！”清嵐直言，形態(tài)相似卻又各具風(fēng)采的武士面孔，在她心中刻下了獨(dú)特印記。

In late April this year, the school organized an excursion for international students to the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum. "That was the most unforgettable day in Xi'an!" Qinglan said. The similar yet distinct faces of the warriors left a unique impression on her.

清嵐和朋友們登南五臺

五月里，清嵐和朋友們登上了鐘靈毓秀的南五臺。“我們原本打算數(shù)清全部的1888級臺階，但沿途景色太美了，完全吸引了我們的注意力，忘了數(shù)下去。下次我們會再數(shù)一遍！”

In May, Qinglan and her friends climbed the scenic Mountain Nanwutai. "We originally planned to count all the 1,888 steps, but the scenery along the way was so beautiful that it completely captured our attention, and we forgot to count. We'll count them again next time!" she said.

在清嵐看來，中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是一個(gè)充滿生機(jī)與魅力的有機(jī)整體。書法、氣功、太極拳、茶道、中醫(yī)、文學(xué)……都是這棵文化之樹上的鮮活枝丫。清嵐期待著有機(jī)會去拜訪西安很棒的太極拳學(xué)校，也憧憬在群山之間漫游，追尋她最喜愛的詩人王維筆下“行到水窮處，坐看云起時(shí)。偶然值林叟，談笑無還期”那般情趣意境……

To Qinglan, traditional Chinese culture is a vibrant and charming organic whole. Calligraphy, Qigong, Tai Chi, tea ceremony, traditional Chinese medicine, literature... all are the living branches on this cultural tree. Qinglan looks forward to visiting great Tai Chi schools in Xi'an and also dreams of wandering among the mountains to seek the poetic atmosphere described by her favorite poet, Wang Wei's lines: "When I reach the stream to its end, I sit and watch the clouds rise. By chance, I met an old man in the woods, we chatted and laughed, with no thought of returning."
