財聯社5月13日電，近日，鄭州市城鄉建設局就《鄭州市2026年度城市更新計劃（征求意見稿）》公開征求意見，目標2026年計劃新入庫45個項目，力爭完成投資1200億元。征求意見稿提到，深入開展城市體檢工作。從城區、街區、小區（社區）、住房四個維度，深入開展城市體檢工作，將街道體檢覆蓋率提升到 70%以上，聚焦專項領域和重點片區，開展專項體檢，編制城市體檢報告。
