Chicoutimi Sagueneens以5比1戰勝Moncton Wildcats，第三次捧起Gilles-Courteau獎杯，獲得Memorial Cup參賽資格。
周日晚間的這場決賽，Emmanuel Vermette貢獻一傳一射，Alexis Toussaint、Liam Lefebvre、Christophe Berthelot和Mavrick Lachance各入一球。
Moncton Wildcats方面，2025年選秀第四順位、Utah Mammoth新秀Caleb Desnoyers打入全隊唯一進球。這支衛冕冠軍未能實現背靠背奪冠，此前他們在2025年剛剛捧起過這座獎杯。
隨著QMJHL冠軍歸屬塵埃落定，Memorial Cup四支參賽球隊全部確定。Chicoutimi將代表魁北克出戰，與WHL的Kelowna Rockets、Everett Silvertips以及OHL的Kitchener Rangers同場競技。
這項加拿大冰球三大青年聯賽的冠軍錦標賽將于5月21日至31日在不列顛哥倫比亞省Kelowna舉行。
