鄧斌，女，漢族，湖南雙峰人，1977年5月出生，大學本科，經濟學碩士，高級會計師。此前擔任益陽市委副書記、統戰部部長，現任湖南省統計局黨組書記。
此前擔任湖南省統計局黨組書記、局長的向世聰已任益陽市委書記。
