財聯社5月15日電，國開行14日在上海清算所成功發行100億元3年期綠色金融債券，發行利率為1.35%，認購倍數3.58倍，獲得各類投資者踴躍認購。截至目前，國開行已累計發行綠色金融債券2575億元。
