近日,武漢多家超市線上平臺上,金枕榴蓮零售價在30元—35元/斤左右,業內人士普遍認為,4月中下旬到5月,榴蓮價格有望進一步走低。有批發商表示,今年泰國榴蓮質量把控得很好,前期價格有點高,后期金枕榴蓮每斤零售價可以賣到28元。
Wholesale traders say prices, initially elevated due to stricter quality controls, are already beginning to ease as supply builds. In Wuhan, Monthong durians retail at around 30–35 yuan per jin (0.5 kg), with prices expected to drop to about 28 yuan in the near future.
榴蓮價格下降,主要是以下原因:
東南亞榴蓮集中上市
4月中旬,泰國、馬來西亞等主產區榴蓮進入采收高峰期。榴蓮批發商介紹:“今年泰國榴蓮產量比往年增加30%-40%。”
Major producers, including Thailand and Malaysia, entered peak harvest in mid-April, with Thailand's output rising 30–40 percent year-on-year — an increase that is steadily feeding through to the market and affecting prices through late April and May.
▌中老鐵路“榴蓮專列”增開班次,48小時內送達杭州
中老鐵路“瀾湄快線”國際冷鏈班列從日常每天2列增至旺季每天6列,泰國榴蓮經26小時直達昆明,再通過公路聯運,48小時內就能送達上海、杭州等30多個城市。預計今年中老鐵路熱帶水果運輸預計將突破20萬噸,比去年上漲20%左右。
At the same time, faster logistics are reshaping the supply chain. The China-Laos Railway has ramped up cold-chain train services during the peak season, allowing durians to reach Kunming, Yunnan province, in about 26 hours and major cities within 48 hours. Annual shipments are projected to exceed 200,000 tons, up roughly 20 percent.

口岸方面不斷提升通關物流效率,不僅確保了榴蓮的新鮮狀態,更加快時效、降低損耗。
Meanwhile, improved customs clearance has reduced delays and spoilage, preserving freshness while helping to lower overall distribution costs.

榴蓮雖然補,但吃它的注意事項也頗多,部分人群不宜多吃。
▌榴蓮食用過多容易影響脾胃的運化功能,導致痰濕、濕熱內生,因此建議一天不要過量食用。
▌榴蓮性熱,熱性體質者不宜。因為酒與榴蓮皆屬大熱之物,兩者不可同時食用。
▌糖尿病、腎病和高脂血癥患者不宜食用。榴蓮含有的熱量及糖分較高,肥胖人士宜少食。
Despite its popularity, durian is best consumed in moderation. Excessive intake may affect digestion and is not recommended for people with diabetes, kidney disease, or hyperlipidemia due to its high sugar and calorie content.
▌老年人和急性呼吸道疾病患者宜少吃和慢吃,因為榴蓮果肉黏稠,易阻塞咽喉、氣管而引起窒息。
Elderly individuals and those with respiratory conditions are advised to eat slowly and in small amounts.
▌如不慎吃榴蓮過量,以致口干口苦、小便黃臭、腹脹便秘等不適,可以吃山竹來化解。山竹乃至寒之物,可以克制榴蓮的大熱之性。
If overeaten — leading to symptoms such as dry mouth or bloating — mangosteen is sometimes suggested as a balancing food, valued for its traditionally recognized cooling properties.
