近日，省政府辦公廳印發(fā)《2026年度浙江省人民政府重大行政決策事項(xiàng)目錄》。

承辦單位承辦時(shí)要嚴(yán)格按照《重大行政決策程序暫行條例》《浙江省重大行政決策程序規(guī)定》等規(guī)定履行法定程序，并在提請(qǐng)省政府常務(wù)會(huì)議審議時(shí)報(bào)告履行重大行政決策程序有關(guān)情況。
重大行政決策事項(xiàng)目錄實(shí)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理，根據(jù)省委、省政府重點(diǎn)工作任務(wù)需要，確需調(diào)整的，由相應(yīng)的承辦單位提出意見，按程序報(bào)省政府審定后調(diào)整。
