6月23日，日產(chǎn)汽車股東否決了外部董事永井素夫的連任提名。永井素夫此前曾極力推動日產(chǎn)與本田合并。
日產(chǎn)表示，永井素夫未能獲得連任所需的50%贊成票，而另外11名董事會成員則順利通過投票。
