賈斯汀·T·沃雷爾（Justin T. Worrell）是一位來自美國弗吉尼亞州的色調主義風景畫家。作為一名油畫家，他喜歡薄涂顏料，并運用干刷技法來創作出如夢似幻、充滿氛圍感且富有情感色彩的畫作。他稱自己的創作方式是“時間與永恒之間的折中”。
賈斯汀對藝術的興趣很早便已萌發。他回憶起自己小時候常坐在祖母的畫室里，向祖母請教各種問題，親身體驗繪畫的樂趣。起初，繪畫只是他的業余愛好。
直到2014年左右，他有時間后，才開始接受正規的油畫訓練。當時，他在弗吉尼亞州亞歷山大市的藝術聯盟學習，師從邁克·弗朗西斯等當地藝術家。他還參加了許多他欽佩的藝術家舉辦的研討會，比如丹尼斯·希恩的講座。
