1. "ChatHouseDiffusion:建筑戶型平面生成與3D展示平臺"上線

ChatHouseDiffusion:建筑戶型平面生成與3D展示平臺已在我們的官網上線(https://ai-structure.com/#/IntelligentDesignLabs)(圖1)。該產品基于生成式擴散模型 + 優化算法,實現戶型平面生成與 3D 展示一體化,快速完成用戶抽象需求到建筑實體空間的轉化,提供高效直觀的建筑設計數字化解決方案。該方法的理論基礎參閱:

用戶僅需勾勒建筑輪廓、設定空間關系,ChatHouseDiffusion即可基于設置的房間類型自動生成戶型布局,并支持全流程實時交互微調,一鍵切換 3D 沉浸式預覽。該平臺操作簡便,既能大幅縮短專業設計師初稿周期,也讓非專業用戶零門檻完成建筑設計創作。

2. ChatHouseDiffusion使用介紹

2.1 軟件界面介紹

圖2展示了“建筑戶型平面生成與3D展示平臺”的網頁頁面,左側為常規功能欄,右側為設計功能欄。

(1)用戶可通過平臺左側的“常規工具欄”完成新建/保存/加載項目、新建構件(包括墻體、門、家具等)、2D/3D/第一視角切換、撤銷、截圖等操作。
(2)用戶可通過平臺右側的“戶型設計欄”定義房間類型、數量以及房間之間的連接關系,并啟動AI設計。

2.2 建筑外輪廓繪制

通常在進行戶型布局設計時,建筑外輪廓形狀已經確定,用戶可以根據實際的建筑平面外輪廓,在畫布上繪制該輪廓,作為戶型平面設計的基礎,具體操作步驟如下(圖3):
(1)點擊新建構件功能,進入構件選擇界面(左側導航欄的“+”圖標),點擊墻體以繪制建筑外墻;
(2)在畫布界面空白處通過單擊鼠標拾取坐標點,實現墻體的繪制,注意墻體繪制只支持直線;
(3)根據所需建筑平面,在畫布上依次按需求繪制建筑外墻。

2.3 設置房間數量

建筑外墻輪廓繪制完成后,可在平臺右側的“戶型設計欄”設置所需的房間種類和數量。點擊對應房間名稱后的“+”按鈕即可增加該房間數量,“-”按鈕即可減少該房間數量,如圖4所示。

2.4 設置房間連接關系

完成房間類型和數量的設置后,點擊編輯房間鄰接關系按鈕,即顯示各房間數量設置對應的房間氣泡。用戶點擊“Add Connection”按鈕,即進入連接關系添加模式,鼠標左鍵單擊需要添加鄰接關系的兩個房間對應的氣泡,即可為選中的兩個房間添加鄰接線,如圖5所示。

若需要刪除兩個房間之間的鄰接關系,用戶只需點擊“Delete Connection”按鈕,進入鄰接線刪除模式,再鼠標左鍵單擊需要刪除的鄰接線上顯示的紅色叉號,即可刪除該鄰接線,如圖6所示。

2.5 AI設計及結果展示

完成建筑外墻輪廓繪制、各房間數量及房間之間的鄰接關系的設置后,用戶可點擊“FloorPlan AI Design”,程序即進入智能設計模式,耗時約10分鐘。模型設計完成后,設計結果即自動顯示于畫布界面,如圖7所示。

用戶可以通過平臺左側“常規功能欄”的3D視角按鍵,切換展示方式,切換后展示效果如圖8所示。
