5月13日22時(shí)09分，內(nèi)環(huán)內(nèi)圈黃興路至周家嘴路發(fā)生單車事故，施救清障導(dǎo)致外圈主線道路阻塞一個(gè)半小時(shí)。23時(shí)35分，事故處理完畢，雙向道路恢復(fù)正常通行。
