河北日報客戶端5月10日消息，日前，河北省委決定：常斌同志任唐山市委委員、常委、書記。

公開簡歷顯示，常斌，男，漢族，1969年10月生，在職研究生，中共黨員。
常斌曾任重慶市銅梁區區長、沙坪壩區區長、重慶市住房和城鄉建設委員會主任等職，2023年任福建省副省長。
2024年，常斌任河北省委常委、宣傳部部長，至此番履新。
